The Microsoft Office software also has a wonderful gallery of pre-made templates so with a few clicks you can instantly create a professional looking printed document or presentation.īut best of all is the amount of support available for Microsoft Office. The features are organised in a logical way so it is easy to find functions that can save time, which in past versions were buried away. The ribbon interface is great: It is very good at exposing all the extra features that are contained in the Microsoft Office software. It lets you use Office through any web browser free of charge just like Google Docs. The new online version of Microsoft Office is very good. You can save your documents in the cloud via OneDrive or you can save them on your hard drive. Microsoft Office has the best of both worlds: It can be used as an offline application, but it can be used fully online as well. But the latest Microsoft Office software does this as well. It is true that software like Google Docs has innovative features such as online access, the ability to keep your files in the cloud and access them from any machine. But in my opinion the Microsoft Office software is still the best. In recent years, I have seen people switch to Google Docs. I have used the Microsoft Office software since the beginning.
